Product Preparation Times
Unframed Original Paintings
- Allow 3-6 days for preparation and careful packaging
- Ships directly from our studio in Lantzville, BC, Canada
- Tracking number sent via email once ready to ship
- A signature will be required upon delivery
Framed Original Paintings
- Allow 1-2 weeks for preparation, as each frame is made to order
- Ships directly from our studio in Lantzville, BC, Canada
- Tracking number sent via email once ready to ship
- A signature will be required upon delivery
Canvas & Paper Prints (unframed)
- Made-to-order
- Allow 2-3 weeks for printing, stretching, and varnishing
- Tracking number sent via email once ready to ship
- Ships from Vancouver or Vancouver Island, BC, Canada
Canvas & Paper Prints (framed)
- Made-to-order
- Allow 2-3 weeks for printing, stretching, and varnishing
- Allow an additional 1-2 weeks for framing and packaging (framed prints)
- Tracking number sent via email once ready to ship
- Ships from Lantzville, BC, Canada
- Signature required on orders over $800
Shipping Times
- Canada & Continental USA: approximately 1-2 weeks.
- International: approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on destination.
Import Duties, Taxes, & Fees
Orders shipped outside of Canada may incur import duties, taxes (including VAT), and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage During Shipping - Peace of Mind Guarantee
We take great care in packaging your artwork. In the rare case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged box and/or artwork at info@christinaclarkeartist.com. We will work to repair or replace your artwork as quickly as possible. Thank you sincerely for your purchase!
