Measurements and frame specifications
Canvas Prints, Unframed
All measurements are for unframed stretched canvases and are listed in inches as height × length. For example, 30 × 40 means 30 inches high (vertical) × 40 inches long (horizontal).
Canvases are stretched on 1.5-inch-deep solid wood stretcher bars.
Because each piece is handcrafted from natural materials, finished dimensions may vary slightly within ±1/8 inch of the stated size.
These specifications apply to standard products only. Any dimensional variations for Studio Seconds pieces will be noted in the individual product listing.
Canvas Prints, Framed
All canvas print sizes are listed in inches as height × length. For example, 30 × 40 means 30 inches high (vertical) × 40 inches long (horizontal).
Framed canvas prints are finished with a handcrafted hardwood float frame featuring a 3/8-inch frame face, 3/8-inch shadow gap, and an overall depth of 2 inches.
The frame increases the finished dimensions by approximately 1.5 inches in both height and length. To illustrate, a 30 × 40-inch canvas will have finished framed dimensions of approximately 31.5 × 41.5 × 2 inches.
Because each frame and canvas is handcrafted from natural materials, finished dimensions may vary slightly, within ±1/8 inch of the stated size. Minor variation in the float gap is normal and does not affect the appearance of the artwork.

All framed canvases are final sales. If you still have questions or would like to inquire about customizations, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@christinaclarkeartist.com.
