Refund Policy
30-day return policy
We want you to love your art purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. Only unframed canvas and paper prints returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a return and refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
To start a return, please contact us at info@christinaclarkeartist.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Eligible Return Items
Only unframed canvas and paper prints returned in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a return and refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund:
- Original paintings (framed and unframed)
- Framed paper and canvas prints
- Oversize art (>1,300 square inches)
- Final sale items
Damage During Shipping - Peace of Mind Guarantee
We take great care in packaging your artwork. In the rare case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged box and/or artwork at info@christinaclarkeartist.com. We will work to repair or replace your artwork as quickly as possible. Thank you sincerely for your purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
