Where do you ship from?
Original art, canvas and paper prints ship from small seaside communities on Vancouver Island, Canada, on the traditional territory of the Snuneymuxw, Snaw-naw-as, Stz'uminus people.
Will I be charged duties or import taxes?
Original paintings, prints, and other products shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If these charges are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer.
If you located in the US: As of March 3, 2025, U.S. Customs confirmed that Canadian artworks (including originals and fine art prints whether framed or not) are excluded from proposed tariffs. Directives have been shifting quickly, but at this time, paintings and prints should not be subjected to added duties (update September 14, 2025).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@christinaclarkeartist.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
